How to Make Sea Moss Chocolate Pudding!


65g cacao powder

150ml coconut milk

30ml/2tbsp coconut oil, melted

65g Sea Moss Algae

4 tbsp maple syrup

6ml/1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Step One: Make Sea Moss Gel

  • Cleanse and Soak Sea Moss in Fresh Water for 24-48 hours

  • Drain water, add moss to blender with 1 cup fresh water

  • Blend until smooth

Step Two: Chocolate Pudding!

  • Add 120 g of Sea Moss Gel to blender

  • add all other ingredients to blender

  • Blend until smooth

  • Add to cups and let set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours

  • Enjoy!
