Ingredients

3 large carrots
1/3 cup of dried chickpeas
2 garlic cloves (leave the skin on for a stronger flavor)
3 celery ribs
1 large onion
75g of dried shiitake mushrooms
1 can of whole tomatoes (juice removed)
10 cups of water
